Based in Nashville, Tennessee, AK Design Group has partnered with hotel franchisees, developers, operators, and investors since 2002. We provide hospitality interior design and FF&E procurement services for projects nationwide, with extensive experience serving owners of Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG properties. Our integrated approach brings design and procurement together under one experienced team, aligning the creative vision with brand standards, construction requirements, operational priorities, and financial objectives.
Led by Founder and Design Principal Andrea Gillespie, NCIDQ, and Managing Principal David Gillespie, AK Design Group brings decades of combined experience in hospitality design, hotel operations, brand compliance, project management, and business strategy. This depth of expertise enables our team to anticipate challenges, coordinate complex project requirements, and provide informed guidance from early planning and design through purchasing, installation, and opening.

What We Do
AKDG has successfully completed hundreds of interior design projects for hotel franchisees throughout the United States and Canada.
