LEED certified Hampton Inn & Suites - Exeter, NH opened in August and is having their Grand Opening this month! Andrea went to the site in August and the property looks beautiful! It has a very upscale and timeless design. The owners were very pleased with the look of the project and claim they have received great feedback from everyone. The 126 room, new construction, Hampton Inn & Suites in Romulus, MI, at the Detroit Airport, opened in May. Andrea made a site visit to the property last week, and the hotel looks fabulous! The owner is very pleased with the design and overall look and feel of the hotel. He claims it looks "very sophisticated." It is also getting rave reviews by guests staying at the property. One guest even asked the General Manager if this is "a signature Hampton," since it is so nice. It has a classic, contemporary look with a high-end feel. Andrea recently returned from a site visit to the South Florida area where five Hampton Perfect Mix Lobby renovations were completed. AK Designs provided design services for three of the five renovations in West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, and Boca Raton. The designs were received with great success. See link below for a press release. New photos have been posted on the Renovation page of this site. There is a definite, drastic change from before to after!
